Our tiered programs focus on the developmental needs of children from early childhood through young adulthood.

Tier 1: Early Childhood (Ages 5–10)

Focus: Emotional safety and foundational skills

Activities: Play therapy, mentorship, and academic support programs

Accountability: Positive reinforcement with small milestones

Tier 2: Adolescents (Ages 11–17)

Focus: Emotional resilience, educational advancement, and life skills

Activities: Counseling, STEM and arts programs, group workshops on conflict resolution and emotional intelligence

Accountability: A “three-strikes” system encouraging program participation, respectful behavior, and goal completion

Tier 3: Young Adults (Ages 18–24)

Focus: Career readiness and independence

Activities: Job training, financial literacy workshops, mentorship opportunities, and scholarships

Accountability: Strike-based system tied to career goals, attendance, and active participation

Our Strike-Based System:

The “three-strikes-you’re-out” system promotes accountability while teaching children and young adults to manage responsibilities. If participants receive three “strikes,” they are temporarily removed from certain privileges but offered additional support to reintegrate successfully.
